Refund Policy

At DriveIntel, we strive to deliver accurate and actionable vehicle intelligence. Please review our refund and cancellation policies carefully.
Single Report Purchases
Refunds for single VIN report purchases are only provided if the generated report is completely empty (i.e., no data or history is returned from our databases for the provided VIN). If you receive an empty report, please contact our support team within 7 days of the purchase date to request a refund. If the report contains any data, the purchase is final and non-refundable.
Subscriptions
All subscription charges are strictly non-refundable. When you subscribe to a DriveIntel plan, you are securing access to our platform for the duration of the billing cycle (monthly or annually). We do not provide prorated refunds for partial months or unused credits.
Cancellations
You are responsible for managing your subscription. To avoid being charged for the next billing cycle, you must cancel your subscription before your renewal date. Once a subscription charge has been processed, it cannot be refunded. You will continue to have access to your account and features until the end of your current paid billing period.
