What is included in a DriveIntel report?
Every report includes our proprietary 0–100 VIN Risk Score, a SAFE/REVIEW/AVOID decision, complete title history (including salvage and brands), odometer validation, accident history, and our global Export Compliance check.
Where does your data come from?
We cross-reference over 15 public and private registries in real time. This includes NMVTIS, DMV records, auction data, odometer readings, and international government sanctions/OFAC lists.

Pricing & Credits

What is a credit?
One credit equals one full vehicle report run through our risk engine. You use a credit whether you search via the dashboard, bulk CSV upload, or the API.
Do credits roll over?
Unused credits from monthly or annual subscriptions do not roll over to the next billing cycle. However, standalone "Credit Packs" never expire as long as your account remains active.
Can I mix a subscription with a credit pack?
Yes! If you are on the Basic or Pro plan and have a busy buying week, you can purchase a Small, Medium, or Large credit pack to handle the overflow without upgrading your base subscription. Your base subscription credits are always consumed first.
What happens when I run out of credits?
Your bulk uploads and API requests will pause gracefully. You will be prompted to either upgrade your subscription tier or purchase a one-time credit pack to continue screening immediately.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes, you can cancel your monthly or annual subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Your account and all of your historical reports will permanently remain accessible even after your subscription ends, meaning you never lose your compliance audit trails.
Do you offer a free trial?
We do not offer a free trial of our risk engine, but you can purchase a Single Report for $9.99 with no subscription required to see exactly how our platform works before committing to a plan.
